"My daughter purchased a car in IL, that we helped her with, we live in AZ. I am an insured party on her car insurance. In AZ, we have bundled policies, home, our 2 autos...which entitled her to a discount on her auto insurance. I pay for her Renters insurance on auto pay monthly so this insurance office has my payment information. Her car insurance auto pay failed in June of 2025...no notice from Mike Meyers office of any problem...just canceled! His office has my phone number & debit card on file yet failed to reach out to either of us. We had to have a new policy written. Then in February '26, this happened again...canceled with no warning, notice, etc. All parties failed to notify us of lapsed insurance coverage. CANCELED! My daughter asked me yesterday to get her copies of her CURRENT State Farm Insurance ID Cards...they were not on the State Farm app...we were unaware of the cancelation of her policy until today, May 11th, 2026!!! Mike Meyers staff apologized for this problem and would like to re-write another policy effective today, May 11th...this office is frustrating to deal with & their lack of communication caused us much unnecessary stress, end8ng in total disappointment! I would not recommend Mike Meyer's State Farm office whatsoever."
